My battery fully died. AAA was able to jump it, but the negative post was seized so horrifically that they couldn't replace the battery. Called Bob's for a possible tow, then called back for a possible battery replacement and they got me in first thing in the morning. They were, thankfully, able to get my battery replaced! I think I've found my new mechanic since I've moved to mid-Michigan!

Had a great experience with Bob's after I got into a wreck with my truck. They were fast, and did fantastic work. Bob's took care of all the hassle of dealing with insurance and made my truck look better than before the accident. Steve was great with keeping me updated every step of the way. Thank you Bob's!
